Numbers (per 10,000 - since we mail in routs of around that number)...

EDDM: (Approx as numbers fluctuate) $1450.00

Printing from Bob and my source: $952.00 per 10K

Print and Mailing: $2402.00

Now, for the receivables side....

I've averaged the slot sales at $372.00/slot because that's what we're getting when they're all averaged together.

That's okay, because the MINIMUM PRICE POINT we can sell at and STILL have a 35% profit margin is $308.17/spot. As long as we don't go down past that, we'll ALWAYS make a 35% profit. It took a few hours and spreadsheets with the accountant to figure that out.

For now, lets keep it simple and just assume all 18 slots are going for the average of $372.00

18 spots sold at $372.00/spot = $6696.00

$6696.00 - $2402.00 = $4294.00 CampaignNet.

It's campaign NET because we back out other costs such as "opportunity cost", office rent, overhead, company insurance, Car, etc. This isn't an accounting forum so I can't get into how all of that works, but the business IS profitable.

After the expenses of the BUSINESS are deducted from the campaign NET of $4292.00, we're left with $2,000 to $3,000 in NET profit.

Remember, this is per 10,000 mailed (one campaign).

Please don't ask me to reveal the print source. That's included as a part of Bob's premium WSO so I am not at liberty to discuss it..

I can tell you right now, he is NOT including printing. I think what he meant was the MAILING COST. We have to ASSUME that he isn't mailing 10k, perhaps instead, 12k perhaps. 11,700 would cost around that much.

Since he never said he was mailing 10k, we should think smart and ASSUME this is the scenario because when we think about this between the lines, its the only thing that makes sense.

And that's what I mean when I say his numbers look like mine.... MAILING ONLY... they do.

Lets not get hung up on this.

Go to an online printer like "GotPrint.Com (not my source) and then use that valuable EDDM link I posted to open a free account and run some numbers.

Then put it all together and figure your profit.

Better yet, look at MY numbers I just posted.

Not sure what Justin is doing but paradoxically coupons seem to work better with mid and high income families and not so paradoxically with older people.
