I`m thinking about Spa, Gym, Massage & Chiro.

Any tips, other idea, feedback ?

Broke fun people are no fun at all. Make sure you pick fun people with deep pockets.

The niches, yes. The actual members of the niches, some yes, some no.

Fun, though, is relative. Saw a show yesterday about a guy getting really excited dusting a large piece of land for fish fossils. He had fun, and one of the people watching with me thought he was funny, fun. Not me.

Independent insurance brokers, some have good cash flow and websites that could use improving and they know it and are willing to pay for it.

In my area, lots of accountants with bad, or no website, and they don't want to change.

Restoration people have money (people who come in and clean houses after a fire or flooding.) As to your other criteria... it depends... some are easy to work with... But how do you filter them out?

    -Niche moving companies.
-Niche retailers - (Think "mom & pop" but clearing 7-figures).
-Supplement companies (B2B selling to healthcare professionals).
    -Software/App companies.

    Chiropractors definitely.

I work with Chiropractors and one of the things they're constantly having to overcome is the stigma around them being the bottom of the HCP (Health Care Professional) food chain. So you can find ways to help them be seen as true professionals by their prospects.

Additionally, when you do things the right way, you'll find out that they're often open to trying out things that give them status and make them achieve the recognition they want (dare I say "need").

Oh, and by the way, let me share something with you from my years of working with Chiropractors...ALWAYS REMEMBER to address every Chiropractor you talk to as "Dr."

That one tip alone will get you on their right side (I always refer to them as "Doc!"

It is NOT a niche you are shopping for it is a specific personality type.
In each niche I have worked, no matter what it was, there existed a full range of the common personality types.

The process I would recommend is:

    1. Truly understand yourself and your personality type (take a test) and what personality types you can accomplish things with. Do not confuse fun people with people you want to work with. For example you could throw a bunch of guys that have "fun" together onto a project and have it be an absolute disaster. Maybe the guy is your best buddy but paying bills is no fun for him so you get paid 2 months late every time.

    2. Once you know the personality types you wish to attract build a brand and marketing funnels that absolutely repels the types you hate working with and attracts the ones you like.

Example: I have worked with fortune 500's but if you visit my site I have a pic of me on the site in a black tshirt with a beach background. Of course I have pics of me in a suit and tie but I chose this very laid back approach because I have zero wish in working with uptight people.

On a personal note due to my personality type working the same niche over and over again would make me want to drink excessive amounts of scotch ;-)

Chiro will work well - those people need lots of help with their online presence and esp their marketing. Here's a site we did some time ago - feel free to borrow any of it.

I would agree with the deep pockets customers, but watch out as some of them can really be a pain in the ... when working with.

What I mean is that I would rather have a customer that pays me 500$ and don't call me at all than having a customer giving me 1000$ and calling 100 times a day to ask questions, chat, make changes and on and on and on...

  • I'm not sure I've ever met a laid back business owner, but I really enjoy working with CPAs and bookkeepers. Not the large firms, but the sole proprietor. A great benefit of working with accountants, is they know a lot of business owners, so they'll help you get more clients if you do a great job.
