What amazes me is that spammers like this who use stolen email addresses to pimp Viagra and watches cannot be more readily tracked down.

LB, I use unique identifiers too just like the OP. If that happens you demand that AWeber defend and indemnify you. If necessary, you cross-complain against AWeber.

Awesome. Another class action lawsuit where the lawyers seek tons of fees for accomplishing nothing and the class members (everyone with an AWeber account) gets .. um, what would we get?
