You'll probably be getting a separate response from the Admin team, but while you're waiting I'll point out that your location is falsely listed as the USA. You'll need to change that to comply with forum rules.

Also, your outstanding WSO proposal is not formatted correctly. Please refer to the section in the guidelines about publishing a WSO:

Hi, Mr. Donovan, I made changes to my WSO as soon as I read this thread, added a buy button straight away, however I still can't pay. WF payments is down, I can also see that payment to the War-Room is also down or it's just me?

I'm having the same issue - my WSO listing shows a "Live" status with the note: Revision Waiting for Moderation.
But in reality, it doesn't appear in the main WSO section: https://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-special-offers/
or in the SEO category it's supposed to belong to: https://www.warriorforum.com/warrior...ategories/seo/

Support hasn't replied for 6 days. What's going on here, and is there anyone who can help me with this?

Ok, what exactly is this "autogenerated button image URL for your product"? I can't figure out where that is on the listing.

From the WSO guidelines:

Buy buttons
Sellers are required to have a buy or CTA button that will take a user to the checkout or opt-in page. Checkout links that lead users to a landing page are not allowed.

If a seller is offering free services (e.g. consultation, free webinar, etc), provide a direct opt-in page for your buyer. You might also need to state the price of your intended sell-up price, and admins have the right to review as needed.

Checkout links should look distinct, clear, and easy to see.

Currently, there is no clickable buy link in your WSO. I don't know where that link you provided leads to, but it's not showing on your WSO page.

EDITED TO ADD: Gustav, it appears that your WSO shows a buy button when viewed in "modern view". I was seeing it in the classic view, as many other members will be.

It's not an ideal situation, obviously, but it may be an issue for the technical staff to address. For the time being, I have reopened your WSO.

As I wrote in my previous post, there's an issue between what's visible in classic view compared to what can be seen in modern view. In the modern view, I can see a clickable buy button in your WSO (just like in your screenshot), but there isn't one when seen in the classic view.

But in both classic and modern view, your WSO is showing up in the main WSO section. Obviously, it's not going to appear in any discussion area, as it's confined to the marketplace, like all WSOs.

Thank you for the clarification. Could you please tell me exactly where the "Buy" button is supposed to appear in the classic view? Can you provide a link to an example listing in the classic view where this button is present?
Are there any specific size requirements for this button in pixels?

I have verified it. I can see your WSO live - it's currently the fourth one from the top on the first page: https://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-special-offers/

I don't know what to tell you about the categories listing. Until now, I wasn't even aware that sub-section existed.

The classic view should mirror the modern view for WSOs, but that doesn't seem to be happening at the moment. I will bring this to the attention of the admins.

OK. I've tried to help. I can see your WSO live in the WSO section, but apparently you can't. Just so you know, there's a limit to what the voluntary member mods here can do. All technical issues have to go through the forum's admin.

I understand your frustration. WSOs should be equally viewable in both classic and modern view. Formatting should be a straightforward process. The Help Desk should be responsive. I'm not here to make excuses.

I've reported this particular matter to the admin. In mitigation, there's been a recent change of admin personnel, but again, I'm not offering excuses.

Regarding the button - what size should it be? Could you show me any example of an ad where it's used?

It would be much easier for me to upload the button, and that might help move things forward.

Gustaf, there's no size requirement. The rule states only that a clickable buy link should be provided. If you browse the WSO section in classic view (you can switch views via the drop-down menu under your user name in the top black toolbar), you'll see that they all have clickable links. Your existing sales page with the buy button should have been viewable in classic view, but that's the issue I've reported to the admin.

can we get an actual admin to address the issues here in this thread? That is only fair, since I am having similar issues as Gustaf. Warriors demand more respect than what is being given to the very people that make money for WF. Frank you have been kind and helpful, but let's get a real admin in this thread. And anyone having issues with there WSO like above, me included, should have there WSO fixed for everyone to see and bumped up at no charge. If this forum is taking money and not delivering that amounts to fraud.

I would not run a WSO until an Admin has the courtesy to address all the problems mentioned in this thread. The forum code for the WSO does not work properly, many WSO's do not show up in the marketplace, only in their own url, so nobody but a mod seems to even see them.

WF payments should be down. This forum owes a lot of people refunds. And Admin has yet to come into this thread. Corporate owners do not care as you can see. Allen Says never would have let this happen.
