Been trying to design this site for months

I've planned to finish designing site till October 2016. I've though "how hard can it be, I just need copy and edit someone's site" Well it turns out to be really fu*king hard.
Haggled with designers ( 50$ all i got), tried copying website with httrack, SnappySnippet, learnd to convert HTML site to wordpress and bunch of other things but all in vain :/
This is site I've model mine upone.
And this is what i've tried to upload to wordpress unsuccessfully (Site saved with "save as.." chrome option and tried to convert it to wordpress ). Managed to upload only html but failed to upload css. Planned to add links, background etc. with dreamweaver but whats the point when I can't even upload it to wordpress.
That's 4 months of work I've lost... Am so frustrated.
What should i do??

    Hi,
    Its very easy to make website like that, just find some good worpdress theme ,change some css and u can make identical design in 1-2 days.

    I am not sure of what you are trying to achieve.

    Why are you copying another site? Are you going to offer the same services that they offer? Do you have their permission to copy their site?

    What you have uploaded is images of the site that you are trying to copy. To make a site like theirs you don't need WordPress. Dreamweaver and HTML is all you need.
