hmm banner is nice .and logo font color is sharp and i think there is no need to put shadow in it.

Obviously you are going for an ecommerce solution but this looks kind of rough. How many products are you going to be selling? I think the best thing to do would be use prestashop or magento for something like this. Will look a lot better, cleaner and will convert sales.

The logo needs a redo. The shadow is not good. Plain text would be better than that.

I'd remove the banner. It pushes your products close to or below the fold, and doesn't do anything to promote your company or inspire confidence to buy. It's just filler.
