Please help with sales page design

I'm struggling on this sales page design. This is the first page like this that I've ever built and I'm trying to provide a lot of information obviously and increase conversions with this page without it looking spammy or deceptive or whatever.

    Right off the bat, I see a lot of white space; the various elements seem incoherent to me. Things don't line up with each other, various headers have different colors, there are different text alignments, the headers fail to pop out since they seem to share the same size as the black bold text, which also makes the main text somewhat vanish in the middle of all the bolder text screaming for attention.

    I'd recommend a slightly narrower layout, and one that is uniformly coherent, bigger header text than that of sub headers, etc, in general, tidying up the layout a degree. I'd suggest (if you already haven't done so) to actually draw the outlines of the layout on paper, almost as if you were drawing a table layout; this will help you get a better idea of where and how to place the various elements.

      To much white space is your number one problem. Try placing a larger header in at the top. A menu of some type would help. As it stands it looks like a one page site and you really need to give a very quick explanation at the top of the page as to how your site will help other people generate traffic if that is indeed your goal.

      That's a good place to start.
