Increase adsense CTR

I am using adsense on my site , but I am getting very low CTR of less than 0.10. Please advice me tips to increase CTR.

    Do your adsense robots.tx setting to get related ads and high revenue



    Remove the following two lines of text from your robots.txt file:

    User-agent: Mediapartners-Google
    Disallow: /

    This change will allow google crawler to index the content of your site and provide you with Google ads.

      Adsense CTR is most important for decent earnings. CTR depends on:
      - Your site's Template Layout (Most Important!)
      - Ad position (Most Important!)
      - Try to get relevant ads
      - Color combination of ads
