How to get Targeted Ads?

Does anyone know what is used to get targeted ads on a site? and is there a WP plugin for it?

To be more clear, I am trying to figure out what is used when a person has researched a product and an ad shows up for it on other sites they visit.

    I researched a bit, and actually came across this plugin that I thought you'd find helpful:

    Better Adsense Targeting

    I read good things about it, and it seems like this is exactly what you need. Something that will help ads appear more relevant to your chosen niche.

    In the end, as long as your ads are relevant, you should have no problem generating commissions :-)
