      Solo Ads in general are great. It's one of the fastest ways to build a list. I have tried specifically Solo Ad PPC once with AdclickMedia not long ago, and I had a pretty positive experience. Made a good profit. But it will still ultimately boil down to your offer, the actual email list the offer is being mailed to, and how well you monetize the leads you gain from it.

      Traditional search PPC (Google/Bing) will always give you the highest quality clicks, and not to mention higher traffic volume that you can experiment with a variety keywords and adcopys etc.

      The idea is to always find as many successful traffic sources as possible, so my advice would be to try both.

    eMail solo ads works very well as long as your site , offer, and ad copy on on par.
