Help Needed in Bing-->Direct Linking-->Meta Refresh-->Tracking with Prosper202

Hey Warriors,

I am in real need of some real expert help and I hope some good soul will help me out on this

I want to run a CPA (low payout not worth a lander in the middle) direct linking from Bing PPC and still track data using Prosper202.
I know I need a meta refresh to have my adds approved and clean my url. I have found this meta refresh from Luke Peerfly

Inside I have inserted the link I have generated from Prosper 202, saved the page in html and uploaded to my server.
Point is that I do not grab any data using this meta refresh (I have tested this direct linking in 7search before giving a try in Bing) making in this way maybe the add approved but useless because I am not tracking any data in Prosper202.

What should I change? Where did I get stuck?

      To have a pretty url using my domain name instead of giving Bing the URL generated directly with Prosper202.

      Basically also giving them my Prosper 202 I would not be giving them the direct link from the network because I have Prosper self hosted on its own domain. Do you think that P202 link would be enough instead of creating a nice one with another domain?
