Most ppv networks will allow this, do you know which one(s) you are planning to work with?

I am with trafic vance USA and UK and lead impact and media traffic, soon 50 on red. So when I add the url, will the content of the url string be seen as a keyword to the network? So say if I have www.mysite.com/login.php#.VKZ5UyusVuI show in the page url when clicked during research. Could I condense this down to www.mysite.com/login and the traffic network will pop anything with that url prefix in it? or will I need to add the ".php" at the end to target php pages

You could do either (or even both)
Keep in mind there is a length restriction (I don't recall the max length off the top of my head) for targets on most ppv networks

Its possible to bid on signup and login pages. Most PPV networks will allow this.

You can do it but most of the time the deep URLs rarely have a good amount of traffic.
