W4 and clickbooth

AD NETWORKS

Is there anybody a member of those 2 networks that can help me get in ? I tried to apply ,to call but nobody answers .I used to run traffic to CB in the past but I sold my account 4-5 years ago ( I know newbie mistake) .
I would really like to work with them as they seem the best (for me ) in the industry.

Since you SOLD your account in the past, I assume they wont take you in again :/

CB and W4 are very strict when it comes to Affiliate Approvals..

Just called w4 and talked to some guy and he told me they will send an email with their decission in 48 hours.
