    First off, it needs to be relevant! Your targeted keyphrases should be hitting a crowd that's interested in what you have to offer. Secondly, if your budget isn't huge then I would steer clear from Adwords, Facebook, and other big networks where there is lots of competition and the costs are higher. Instead, you may want to look for smaller networks like Clicksor, Bidvertiser, and Media.net where bids might be lower.
