Chitika.com login problem?

Currently I am unable to login to my chitika account, I don't know what's going on.even after resetting password I can't login.anyone know what's the matter???

    It sometime happens to Chitika. even resetting won't work. the only solution is to contact support and they'll reset it... well its kind of headache
