Maxbounty is not answering.

Hello everyone.
I applied for maxbounty for publishers account its about two weeks ago. I received their rejection email. I don't know what is the reasone of my rejection, I am a good SEO expert. And marketer. I appealed my rejection but I didn't received their any mail. I tried to contact them from contact us form but nothing happend. Can any one tell what should I do to Contact maxbounty. ....?
