Google adsense policy

Firstly, My domain was www.elitmushelper.com and after applying adsense, my account was block because of some unnatural clicks on ads.

After that I have changed my domain to Home - ElitmusZone. The content is migrated and many fresh contents are added.

Can I apply for adsense now with new domain name elitmuszone.com? It is already ranking on first page for some keywords.Expecting a detailed explanation.Thanks

    as your account has been blocked, you wont be able to apply with the same account anymore.
    but you "can" open a new adsense account and apply with the new account.
