PeerFly Conversion Testing Problems

I'm promoting my first Peerfly campaigns, but conversion tracking is a huge problem. I'm using the Conversion Testing tool, which keeps giving me the following error: A click could not be found.

I enter the offer postback as follows:

http://mysite.com/ab/?api_key=123456789012345678901234567890&clickid=%s ubid1%&payout=%commission%
Is this wrong? I'm getting clicks but no conversions, and the conversion tracking test fails. I'm new, so the Affiliate Manager isn't exactly eager to help.

    Are you passing your trackers clickid through as subid1 on the orginal click?

        Which tracker are you using?

        That looks correct as long as those are the correct tracker tokens.

        Are you sure your tracker doesn't use {subid} instead of clickid?

      I emailed you Friday, Luke but I will send another. I'm not using a stand alone tracking service. I do mobile marketing with Go2Mobi and they have good built-in tracking capabilities, so I'm using that.

      I mentioned in the original post that I came here because my AM hasn't been responsive. I've called, emailed, and sent a message to him on Skype. I'm guessing I'm at the bottom of the priority list since I'm new and not bringing in money yet.

        We do not prioritize emails by earnings. I replied to your email and will be happy to help. The postback is setup properly so the only issue would be the tracking link. It'll be hard to test your tracking link because you won't be able to pull it from your traffic source, but I can make sure you have the click variable setup properly
