    That will depend on the niche you choose to promote. I suggest you to go through the basics first listed on Facebook so get a gist of it. Quite sure there are also many tutorials listed on the warrior forum in regards to what you are looking for.

    1 - As much as you are willing to bid for each click. The lower you bid, chances are the longer it will take for you to receive the clicks due to competitiveness, so increasing your bids will be your only option for the keywords/targeting you have selected. Alternatively you will simply have to target less competitive keywords and demographics on Facebook.

    2 - Cost Per Click/View/Per Thousand Impressions

    3 - Start small with a low risk CPA offer so you don't lose your shirt. Get a small test budget, build a site and throw some small traffic at it to see which keywords convert. Then pause the non-converters and add more keywords and repeat. Then diversify into other products.
