How many subscribers (squeeze page opt-ins) $100 budget for google adwords can produce if my niche is "how to make money online"?

    There are so many variables involved it wouldn't really help anyone to make a guess.

    For example: which keywords will you be targeting? What does your ad title look like, etc etc?

    I wouldn't even try. Google is very strict especially for this niche. This niche is also one of the most expensive.
