Which PPV Networks best for promoting CPA Dating offer? Leadimpact or Trafficvance? What about media traffic also?

Trafficvance is much better than leadimpact
I'd also throw 50onred on the list as well, and they are also better than leadimpact IMO.

  In my experience it depends on offer to offer you will find many offer which are not that profitable on lead impact as compared to trafficvance and vice versa

To be honest with you both are good. TrafficVance is invite based PPV network and mostly caters to US traffic but is rock solid and has always been. Be prepared to shell out ateast $1k+ for split testing traffic with these two networks. I would say the ideal choice is leadimpact.

You can start with 50onred and Directcpv
They both have a low deposit fee
and both are good for PPV campaigns

  direct cpv is not a ppv network, it is a fraud network....and yes LI and TV have good traffic. LI is not recommended in my opinion due to their - i know all- and unprofessional disdain towards advertisers.
  
  TV is a much more better and professional company in terms of traffic, customer relation and general business IQ
