Indeed you must speak with one of our Affiliate Manager's via a phone call as part of the application process. It's okay that you are new to affiliate marketing as long as you have a solid foundation of how it works, as well as a plan to promote offers if/when you're accepted. Make sure you have both of those before applying and you should be good to go once you get a phone call from us.

There are a lot of good options.

MThink has great list.

There are huge list of CPA companies that cant be described. The best suggestion to you is, work with any 3 networks that comply with your niche.
1. Maxbounty [Best For Weight Loss, Finance, Dating]
2. Peerfly [Best for Weight Loss, Adult]
3. CPAGrip [Best for Mobile Offers - Link/ Content Locking]
