CPM counts in Tabs?

Hey Everyone,

I have a technical question which I have not found the answer to so far.

If I have a page with several tabs and I want to put an ad in each tab, will these ads count as CPM based ads or they have to be viewed (aka. the user goes to each tab to view content and the ad) before they count?

    When you say a page with several tabs do you want to say a website with multiple pages basically?
