Can someone explain me te rules of CPA?

Hello

Well i'm about to start doing CPA, I'll be purchasing a domain name and hosting plan. But before I start I would like to know the rules, by that I mean I don't want trouble.

Currently I've set up an idea and created a page, and it is about winning an amazon giftcard. So what I am going to do is ask them to provide their e-mail and that I'll contact the winners soon. The problem is I'll not send them anything, and fake the winners.

The questions here are:

1) is it illegal?
2) should I give them something in return?
3) will I get in trouble with amazon if I put their logo's on my page?

Can someone tell me, what to do and what not?

I'm a beginner to this, and I don't want everything to go bad firsthand.

Thank you

This sounds very scammy and likely not something networks or merchants would want to be associated with.

Your best bet is to reach out to your AM and see what they think, they are ultimately the ones who would need to answer.

OP, this is illegal in multiple ways. You must already know this. You certainly can't claim to not know how completely unethical it is either. Don't claim you want to play by the rules after what you just wrote.

Well, yes, it sounds illegal, I see a lot of people making offers about winning Iphone 6, so why can't I offer amazon gift cards? I mean I want to play by the rules, but the problem is, I don't really know the rules. That's why i'm asking for someone to explain them to a little bit. I don't know where to look for, I found this forum and thought someone could actually help.

      Anyways thank you.

Have you applied to any of the networks ,The thing that you are mentioning comes under incent traffic which most of the networks do not allow .There is a specific section on Peerfly
for incent offers ,If you are already approved in some of the networks your best bet would be to ask the AM ,he/she will surely help you out

If you are still not approved ,then do it some of the networks will accept and some will decline even if you are a newbie ,This is how things work

        CPA is not tough

This is obviously illegal and you will be banned from the CPA network.

Ask your AM about the best ways to promote your offers

I don't know about the rules of CPA networks but if I were amazon and someone were using my name & reputation to set up scam fake contests or draws I would slam that guy with all my force

For those of you who don't know or understand what CPA is, it simply stands for Cost-Per-Action and the way you receive payment is when you have leads take some sort of action with your affiliate link such as submit their email or registering for a free account.
When you do think about it, it is pretty much the easiest ways that you can make money online and you can easily make this money with little to no investment involved. The best part is that no, you don't really need to have marketing skills for it in order to be successful nor do you even have to have a website, however a site is something that I recommend you have to be more successful with CPA networks especially for the approval process.
