Behavioral and Search Retargeting for SMB?
After exhaustingly scouring to find a DIY or low-budget option for search retargeting, I'm reaching out to see if anyone can point me in a direction where I can spend a few hundred bucks and run a test search retargeting campaign.
Or, what is the best site to go for a low-budget guy like me to get the most targeted display ads without having a $15k or $1500 minimum. I want to do some micro-tests and see how this goes but everyone has massive minimum budgets.
