Pay Per Call Network ? make your own creatives
Is it normal for a CPA (pay per call) to require you to make your own banner ads.
I use Adsense, not profitably, but I use it on my site. I have looked at CPA offers a few years back and all those offers had banners, and landing pages already made up. They did not want you to go off script. Now I have a pay per call that is telling me to make my own.
Is that normal?
Also, can someone tell me of a CPA or pay per call) that is in the addiction niche?
I am a new guy so Astoria does not want me. I don't have a background
Ring partner told me to email their affiliate team with questions and I did, but they don't answer back.
Addiction recovery network does not seem to be working with Call Junction anymore (that is a guess). But someone named Jessy from Call Junction sent me to them. Someone sent me an email from Addiction Recovery Network but I can't find any affilliate program with them. I want to make money so I can't really work for free.

I have a website on addiction. I would like to put some advertising on it that is not adsense. I don't want more ads, I want Adsense gone and a CPA offer to replace it.
CPA seems like the best deal but I can't find a network that works with addiciton that responds to emails or does not require me to be a big shot marketer.
Can anyone give me a recommendation on how to proceed?
I have small SEO traffic but have been experimenting with buying traffic. So far social media has been the best, I am thinking of trying 7 search next.
But I need some ads to put on the site. I don't want a landing page only, I have 130+ pages of content, I think I should use banners because they go on every post and people come to the site through different pages.
