Cant Login CPALead

Yesterday my account was active and I saw a lot of offer but now When I try to sign in I got error that:
Your application is currently being processed. Most applications are reviewed in 1 to 2 business days after submission. If you feel this process is taking too long, please contact applications@cpalead.com. and be sure to include your publisher ID #596827 in the body of the email.

What happened?
