Highest Earning CPM Niche's?

I am new to the form, I'm looking to create a website/blog with lots of good quality content.
I'm not looking to sell anything, only earn money from CPM/CPC for my first website/blog.
I'm trying to find out what people are earning for there CPM/CPC and what niche they are in?
For instance I was reading on another forum that someone was earning $14 for CPM, this was with a CPM network rather than Google AdSense.
I would like to get an idea of the niches/topics with this sort of revenue CPM attached to it?
Also going forward I hope that this thread can keep people in the future well informed who stumble across it.
