I have a website . I would like to approve google adsense account but they told me insufficient content . There is any rule that blog page must be front page?

    No, but there is a clear rule that your website must contain enough content in order for Google to crawl and approve it.
    Adsense need a lot of text to determine which ads to put for a specific site.
