Google Adsense Approval.

After applying for Google Adsense account they send me a email with a js code . They tell me copy and past the code. I have question.
1. What my next step?
2.Do i edit now my site?

    There are tons of training pdf's and videos you can learn all about adsense. You need to understand things like proper ad placement in relation to your content as well if your doing other promotions such a banner ads...

    Before pasting the code on to your website, you will need to customize the color and size of the ad. After at all, you paste the code at the position that you want the ad appear on your website.

    You have to insert that code in order to complete your Adsense review process. Yes, You have to edit your website and put that code where you want to show ads.
