What is Hopcount in Clickbank?

Hello Everyone,

I have started in Clickbank 2 days back. I have 57 hopcount but no sale. Please tell me what is hopcount and how is it related with sale. I am new to Clickbank so guide me. Please help.

    Hopcount is the amount of visitors/clicks that have come from affiliated links (also known as Hoplinks).

    Each Hoplink is different and basically acts as an affiliate link which has two purposes:

    - notifies clickbank where/who the traffic came from
    - if a sales goes through, distributes the funds according to your affiliated product's agreement (this is for sales, refunds and reversals)


    So you've had 57 people 'hop' to your sales page via a Hoplink, however 0 sales.

    The most relevant factors on Clickbank are sales page impressions (potentially hot leads for remarketing) and then sales. Hops just represent that someone saw at least the products landing page, you can calculate your CTR off of them though which will help you get a general idea of how many clicks you need to make a sale.
