How to get adsense approval after rejection?

My website is not getting approval from adsense officials. They are not saying the exact reason why they are not approving. Please kindly review my site and tell me where I have to make changes?. My website is http://www.elatestjobs.com/.

    How old is your site? Sites from India needs to be atleast 6 months old.

    No advertiser would say, man, this a great site for traffic.

    At present, getting Adsense approval is not easy. Many bloggers have tried several times but they didn't get.
    It is true that Adsense has some rules, you must fill up all the requirements of Adsense. But many blogs have done everything, still, they don't get Adsense.
    Adsense doesn't say clearly why they reject?
    Some important issues for getting Adsense approval:
    Quality content, no copy paste content, no copy image, site design, site age, some important pages, enough contents and more.
    You have already rejected, read the terms and conditions again, try with different Gmail, you can also change the design of your site before applying.
    Adsense is not only the earning sources, you can try other Adsense alternatives or affiliate marketing can be your best choice.
