google fascists and adwords

Last Thursday a got a notice from Google that my Adwords account had been suspended because one of my sites had malware on it. It turned out the site had been hacked. Of course, I cleaned up the site right away and it is no longer showing the malware warning on the SERP. Also, I removed it from my Adwords campaigns.

I have send a couple messages to Google about getting my account going again, but have yet to receive any feedback at all. Does anyone have any experience with something like this? What did they do?

I am wondering if I should try opening up an new adwords account.

    It used to be easier when you could just call them, but if you don't have an account manager then that's going to be difficult.

    I'd try resolving the issue with this one first, then as a last resort open a new account.
