    Offcourse you can lower down your epc and get more traffic to your landing page. You might want to lookup some videos on Youtube about fb ads optimization as there are tonnes of them. Also, a simple search on this forum should also help.

    First of all you're going to have to use Facebook pixels. You're going to have to let Facebook optimize for you so place the pixel where you want to track your conversions then select auto placement and auto Bidding and set your budget low. ($10 a day) of course all of this depends on what you are actually selling. You're going to really have to do some research and maybe even buy a list or two of emails that you can use to make a similar audience and Target that way. The more specific you make your audience the more expensive your clicks will be.
