Intro/Dynamic Units on DC

I work in the Advertising/Marketing industry, wearing multiple hats. Team is involved in everything from Email Marketing to Animation for Commercial Broadcast.
I've been presented with an ask for internal adjustment purposes... and I was hoping to get some feedback on figures from anyone involved in this area:
"What is the industry/market standard rate range for managing dynamic units on DC?"
If anyone is willing to share theirs, it would be greatly appreciated!
