I been away from then Bing Ads for a while now and have recently returned to find that they have now become Microsoft ads, and no longer give the option to target specific keywords, change device targeting, and even don't allow for targeting to other major T-1 countries like Australia and Canada. This has been my experience so far at least when creating my first ad.
Has anyone else struggling to edit their ads because of these targeting downgrades? I cannot find any information online about complaints people have about these targeting downgrades.
Any information would help thank you.
