I need help for Google Analytics

In my google analytics when I see the the engagement data then it shows title like "MainActivity" "NotSet". "NotSet" data clear but "MainActivity" why it is showing. I already checked my website there is no meta title like this type. how to find them and solve them. I found more than 450 users from this page. This is half of my user.

Please help me how to I found this and resolve it.

    "MainActivity" in GA4 is probably coming from an app or something like Facebook or Instagram. To fix it, just split your web and app tracking in GA4, then set up filters to ditch that data from your reports.
