My "Under Construction" Method - Make $$$

Hi everyone,

Let me start by saying english isn't my native language so forgive spelling mistakes. I posted this in CPA because I use this method with CPA but I'm not sure if it belongs here.

For some reason the word b lackhat is banned here to wherever you see bluefart, just insert b lackhat.

I've been a warrior for two years, read the forum for about six months before I joined. I'm not much of a poster as you can see but I read the forum almost everyday. I haven't shared anything up until now, and since it's Christmas season I decided I would share one of my methods that bring me some nice cash.

I'm been into IM for a while, used to be a big noob but I read a lot, learned a lot. To make a long story short, after learning a nice bit about SEO and after I started making an ok amount of money I wanted to take my game to the next level and went into BlueFart seo. Of course, I could have taken it up a notch by sticking with whitehat but I was very curious about BlueFart and I just went with it.

Well, BlueFart really is not for the weak, I'll tell you that lol. Anyway, I'm not here to talk about BlueFart obviously since this is a whitehat forum.

Just as a note though, this method I'm sharing is whitehat, but is pretty powerful when combined with BlueFart techniques. So let's start.

I used to work with CPA offers where you offer the prospect an ebook or something in exchange for him filling out your offer. I forget what this is called in english. Well, I would use a content locker where he would have to fill out my forms and stuff and only then he would have access to what he wanted.

Anyway, so what do I do? I research (any good technique always involves researching, and twisting a few methods), find a good unsaturated niche and register the domain mykeyword.com. I do not use my-keyword.com, I only register mykeyword.com. And only .com's. This of course is something I do because of preference. Other things work as well. If it's not available I think of another keyword.

There's no secret to my research. I sit my ass down and keep thinking of niches where people have money to spend, then I think of keyword ideas and throw them into google's adword keyword tool and find one with at least 20k monthly searches. I don't work with keywords that have under this amount.

One of the things I learned the hard way is that content is king. Yes, it is. Good content is rewarding and will pay off big time in the future. One thing a lot of people struggle with is creating quality content, quality posts, quality articles, quality pages, etc... that are all human friendly. So I had to think of a way I could crank out content that wasn't so great and still could rank high easily. Simply because I'm a tad lazy and wanted to save money from outsourcing because I don't have time to produce content myself.

Bingo, it hit me. My content locker used when working with the CPA offers I stated above is coded in javascript and google bot doesn't read javascript. That means google bot will only read what's on the HTML page, and not one thing on the content locker.

What this basically means is this: Since google will read the locked page (it doesn't read javascript, so it doesn't know the page is locked) and humans won't (because we locked the page), we can write keyword rich text that doesn't have to be human friendly because people won't be reading it.

Now, we have to be careful, you can't just stuff keywords or you will get a penalty for keyword stuffing. Instead, I have tons of PLR articles. I copy a few sentences from each and just paste them together (always only use articles from the same niche) and make one big article (I like to make it a 1200 word article since its not hard to copy and paste, and 1000-1200 words seem to work best for me). I like to put a picture also in the article, even though no one will see it, maybe it will help google bot to think my page is legit. Take advantage of h1 tags and h2 tags. Properly make use of meta tags and the page title. Your description and title should only contain your main keyword once.

This could all seem confusing but I have an example site below which will help you understand better. We create an html page, make use of plr articles and create a page that is keyword targeted ( keep keyword density at 1% tops usually and target 4 keywords per page). Researching for the proper niche takes me a few days, but the site creation and optimization only take me 20-30 mins max. The page will read under-construction and the content locker will show up. The locker is made so it says something like this: "we're sorry, our site is still under construction. But meanwhile as an apology for the inconvenience, we have a raffle going on and the winner will win a $1000 walmart gift card! Click here for more info!

EXAMPLE SITE WITHOUT LOCK: Keyword - My Title Here

EXAMPLE WITH LOCK: Keyword - My Title Here

Now, notice the page is locked. If you view the page without the lock you will see that I have my keyword rich stuff added on the page. If the page wasn't locked, you would just have to scroll down to see this stuff, but since it is locked (i.e. the locked page), you can't read it. You can only read what's on the lock and google can't tell the difference between both pages.

BOOM! We're done. We have created a keyword rich, search engine friendly page that doesn't have to be human friendly so its easier to make. We have also made it look like a real page for the search engines. This way we will rank high for our keyword and will be able to pitch our offer to our visitors without search engines knowing we're manipulating them

I use BlueFart codebreaker as the lock. Just search for it on google. It works great and isn't expensive.

Since you did proper research and chose a niche that isn't competitive with a few quality links you can easily get on google's first page like me and make some nice cash. Since I target low competition keywords, I'm usually on page two or sometimes page one as soon as I'm indexed. This is the result of having a page properly optimized for the search engine and picking keywords with little to no competition..

I have been doing this successfully for almost 6 months now. 17 of my sites are ranking on the first page and I'm making a lot of cash from this method. I use CPA for this but I guess you can do other stuff also.

I hope this gave you some ideas, sorry if it's confusing, any questions just ask.

Very interesting. I am going to give that a shot. Probably better to use blogger or WP instead of a static html page for SEO purposes. Also, it would be wise to use a CPA offer that matches the keyword/niche. Another thing I might add, is to use the content unblocker feature provided by such CPA networks as Instant Dollarz, CpaLead, Adscendmedia and affiliate universe(think that's what they call themselves anyway), you can custimize them anyway you want, font, color, content etc.. Great Post!

Yes you are correct. Always use relevant CPA offers. Using wordpress or blogger could be better for newbies as it's easier to optimize. If you're advanced and can properly optimize the html page, I think you're good to go. At least I've been fine. What makes wordpress and blogger and such really shine (in my opinion) in search engine's eyes is that the page is usually updated with new posts often so they crawl it like crazy constantly. Since I don't update my page, I use a simple html page.

If you go with wordpress, then use WPGuardian. It's simply brilliant and a great content locker for wordpress.

I'm glad you all liked it Any question just ask.

edit: If you're only doing whitehat stuff then go for the CPA networks content unlocker (they call it gateway). But I will say that I seem to have my leads shaved more when I use their gateway so I just stick with my own.

Hi Conrado. Would you mind sharing what Website builder you use and how you go about optimizing your html pages? Just the usual stuff like keyword density and H1 Tags or are there any other techniques you implement. Cheers

So, you want to sell me another way to easily make "X" dollars in "X" days? ROFL too funny! IM success requires hard work and lots of time. Most newbies do not survive the steep learning curve. Anyone who says otherwise is probably selling you a fantasy.

Conrado....Hey great post! Do you believe this method can be approached to any keyword.

These days it's kinda challenging to find niche's that have 20k in traffic with no competition even keywords that begin with the word "Free" has some steep competition. I can see why it takes a couple days to find good keywords.

But I really like your post and will see what I can do with it.

@ valdivz: I don't work with many english sites because there is to much competition. I'm working in other languages and there still are some good domains left. Yes I believe this method can work with any keyword but you might have a hard time with highly competitive ones. I did a quick check and there are still a few nice long tail keywords in english with like 2k monthly searches and little competition. 2k might seem low but if you make 10 sites that's 20k already. And remember, only 500 visitors from highly targeted niche traffic from long tail keywords usually converts better than 100k general non-targeted niche traffic.

@ bravo75: I use no website builder. I create simple pages like shown in my examples with beginner html/css knowledge. I also don't do anything new in optimizing my page. I stick with traditional SEO. I just make lists, add random pics etc... I add everything a normal article/page would look like in my pages because maybe it helps trick google into thinking my page is legit. The only different thing I do is generate backlinks and stuff using methods that are not allowed to be discussed here. If you get backlinks with whitehat conventional ways it works well also.

The key here is doing the keyword research properly, which really will take time and patience for some. But once you've found gold, keep mining that stream!

Conrado...I've found 2 keyword phrases- one gets 18,100 and the other 9,900 Exact Searches with no competition- a completely empty bar- no green.

The interesting thing is that they have quotations in the keyword phrase. I thought maybe Google had a glitch....I searched again and it gave the same results.

Are you ranking for misspelled keywords? or any that have quotes in the phrase?

I might be on to something here...

Nope none misspelled. If you are talking about the green bar at google, if its empty that doesn't mean there is no search engine competition. The green par reflects adwords PPC competition for that keyword. To see the actual competition go to google and type your keyword. Then analyze sites on first page. I use SEOQuake, a firefox plugin for this which is free and works great.

What you look at is what PR the sites ranking on the first page have, look at domain age, look at their meta tags and most importantly look at how many backlinks they have.

Doesn't work if visitors have scripting turned off. Not sure of the stats for your sites but it might be worth coming up with a workaround.

True but that doesn't seem to be much of an issue for me. Of course I'm not sure how many visitors have it off but conversions are still nice.

Sorry, but how old is this info that you've copied and pasted from b lackhatworld?

Google's been able to read and crawl javascript since it's been able to do the same with Flash content, which has been since February of this year.
In 2008, this would have worked great. In 2009 it's a fantastic way to get kicked off the SERPs.

Actually I posted this there about a week or two ago. Not sure if someone else did before me.

And I didn't know that they read javascript but I'm still ranking high using this.
