Lead Gen? Or Direct Link with PPV?

Can some of you share your insight on what is more effective. I have been testing PPV traffic with various offers such as dating and auto insurance and even Sports betting. Anyhow I am just confused weather to stick with a Direct linking method right to the affiliate offer or to have my own lead gen form and gather leads with the PPV traffic then market them to anything I want to. ..

    for lead gen u keep then on your site.. then using email marketing market to them based on the list you built. I just find this a long boring way to do it.. i figure if u have money to loose just driect link , use tracking , spend the money see what converts and ramp it up, that is probably the easiest way.

    Split test and track heavily to determine what is working best in each niche because what is working in one niche may not be working in another. Drop what is not working and scale up what is working.

    If you have tested enough, and tracking everything that you do in a hardcore way, you might find a winning solution for yourself.

    Yes, I am talking about legitimate ppv/cpv method.

    I had bought some big ticket products and had someone coaching me personally. Yet, they still don't help me a lot in making big bucks.

    I have been testing and tracking things out, and went into some obscure ad network that no one wants to use, and yet I got that kind of profit, which no one would have thought of.

    Should I solely listen to what my coach said, I would have lost the chance of earning around $100+ with only little over $2-$3 spent on my ppv/cpv ads.

    So the bottom line is, TRACK, TEST and TRY ..
