im having a hard time figuring out copeac links

cpaclicks @ com/secure.asp?e=adeafgttyasd&d=0&l=0&o=&p=0&subID1=&s ubID2=&subID3=&subID4=&subID5
sub ID's....even if i don't add a sub ID do i still just use that as my affiliate link or do i delete them?
