    Yes with affiliate review sites you can get approved. You just need to act confident when your talking to them. There is a load of information on the forum about getting approved to CPA networks. Just do a quick search. Its under Your notifications.

    Yep, they arent looking for somebody crazy good with CPA. If you havea regular site then they will be confident you know your booty from your elbow about IM and know how to generate traffic, thats a good thing.

    Creating a blog around a niche that the CPA network has offers for might be nice idea. You just give them the blog when they request for your site.

    To make it look more interesting, you can hire link builders online to help you build incoming links to the blog so that it will rank high in search engines and also to get approved faster.

    Yes, I see you are from Nigeria, so this alone will make it much more difficult to get accepted. For you, I would suggest spending more time than usual building a decent site with links and the whole nine yards. You may want to monetize that site with some of the more traditional affiliate networks that accept 100% of people first. You will need to do your best to make sure the networks are comfortable you aren't doing anything BlueFart.

    CPA networks are highly selective when choosing affiliates, but if you can convince them that you know what you want to do with their network they will get you accepted no matter where you are from. We have serious marketers in Nigeria. CPA networks are interested in deals that will end in gain for them so if you are serious about the network, let them know everything about you and you will get your approval.
