CJ Lag -- Why Does it Happen?

I've noticed that sometimes my CJ account is very lagged.

Sometimes it will show tons of clicks and no sales/leads, but at the end of the day the sales/leads will catch up.

Also, when my leads turn into sales, it comes in at random times.

Is this all due to the manager? Is he manually doing all this stuff?

What is the real skinny on all this?

    2-3 hours reporting time for sales/leads. its their system.

    Man if he's doing it manually then I would really want to avoid using this company, but I doubt that it is the case, since CJ is big enough and I think they would have some sort of automatic system running behind all that?

    Maybe the system is cluttered up with some sort of back log stuff... Who knows... ?

    Ok I get the 2 hour lag... so i assume the clicks are pretty much real time?

    I mean -- there is no lag on clicks, right?

    And the balance is always faster than the reports of sales/leads. My balance just went up, but its not reported a lead yet.

      Any idea if there will be a lag for leads? Impressions and clicks get updated rather fine but my leads always show 0...

      Sometimes i wonder if there aren't any leads. Perhaps waiting for publisher to approve?

    Well if your balance increase before your leads in the stats that a good sign. Try contacting CJ

      Been days, not increased sales. Lol. Probably time to change new offers.

    Man what I would do is just switch the offers to a new one.

    I don't like it when that happens. I like networks that approve offers instantaneously.

      Been trying to change offers. Perhaps I haven't been waiting long enough to see the results. But for me, 1 day without leads probably means the offer isn't good enough. Either that, my LP can't make it... yet.
