I've never heard of them, but they contacted a friend of mine and want her to switch from CPA Lead to them...

Have any of you done business with them?

Have absolutely never heard of them before. My first reaction would be that it's a scam or some type of fraud is involved so I would tell her to stay away. But then again it could be legit, I would definitely do some research before hand.
