It's not easy to run polls with Google nowadays. Also, I think that Facebook wouldn't allow this kind of site now. So try other ppc comapnies. Bidvertiser, AOL, Bing and Yahoo! are better options.

polls currently do work on facebook

however, normally since the "quality" of traffic on polls is so low it is difficult to find lasting offers for them

On Google they are going to slap you after they manually review you but there are ways to get back running.
