CPALead Widget Not Working

I created a simple blogger landing page to offer download content, Created/installed the widget and nothing just a slightly discolored page. When I preview the widget "same url" it works so I don't know what the problem is. Please help.

    hmm you try putting the code in edit html after the
    <head> or something code at start.
