How does someone make a group like this?

They make the group

you must then like the group to see any info

then he set up link you click to actually see the video, but before you can see it you must complete a survey. And this is all done on facebook itself.

    I create a lot of fan pages in this way, so that when people click on the fan page images come up making them like the page before they see the info = more followers.
