Cost per click offers needed! Please let me know if any of your affiliates have them! So far the only one that I know that has them are sparkleads!

Never heard of incentive CPC in my life, I know that BLAM Ads : Incentivized Affiliate Network, Content Locking & Social Currency has a bunch of good incent offers though.

Incentive CPC offers were offered by Bardon Advisors awhile back. Basically it was click fraud. Bardon ended up screwing their affiliates including me thousands of dollars by just ending up not paying. They were also very selective about which affiliates they paid. Screwed me personally out of $3.2k

Ryan, what are the payment terms on blam ads?
