MY team has just started a marketing firm. we are located in south florida. we have a parent company who provides our capital and our legal protection.

we have just been accepted to 5 networks, affiliate.com, maxbounty, clickbooth.com, and ampedmedia.

if you were accepted to all these networks, had money to spend on advertising and had a motivated team working 30 hours a week each, what would be your first step in making money
online??!!!!

I would get a course or coach to catch you and your team up to speed on CPA such as traffic generation, potential methods, tracking, testing, etc. Once your team has that base knowledge, then I would start plugging away at developing new ideas and spin-offs of other methods. The great thing about working with a team is that the power of creativity is boosted exponentially when you have a bunch of creative minds bouncing ideas off each other.

Next becomes just testing. Test a bunch of things and find what your team is good at and what they are not good at. Then just focus on what they are good at.

The bad thing is that with a team like that, there may be significant upfront capital needed to learn everything in an expedited fashion and there will likely be a lot of testing capital needed before solid campaigns are built.

The good thing is that with a bunch of creative minds, you should be able to get some pretty powerful things together and cranking. CPA is very lucrative, so one good idea or one good system you create can reap huge dividends.

Pretty exciting to be starting a business though, there is nothing better than internet entrepreneurship!

I would learn as much as I could about PPC, choose a platform, talk to my affiliate managers and ask for suggestions (offers that are performing well with my traffic source(s)) and start testing campaigns. You will lose money in the beginning, but you will learn fast and with several heads thinking together you and your team will rapidly break the code and start making a few hundred dollars a day.

Of course, I'm assuming that you really have money to spend. If you don't have all that money you can take the slower route. Read a lot on this forum, visit blogs about aff marketing, make some research on Google and YouTube... In short, learn as much as you can for free, just buy guides that you consider really necessary. Then, start sending some traffic to your offers using free traffic sources (write articles, optimize blogs, create videos, etc), start making some money and reinvest it in your business. When you are ready, move on to paid traffic sources and try to grow your business faster.

So, let me get this straight. You've got your team first before knowing anything about IM??

What qualifications did you base your hires on?

It seems so out of order. If I were you and I had that kind of money, I would buy the best coaches to come and stay with you for whatever amount it took to train them. But seems to me, you might be wasting a lot of money.

Sounds like you're much better off then most people who start off.

You're lucky to have that kind of team in the beginning.

You should definitely pick up some reading materials and get everyone working on something - anything at all.

Diversify the team, have some of them work on building niche SEO sites, have some work on learning and testing for paid traffic sources and maybe have some work on learning overall marketing strategies.

Bring them all together when they finish their individual projects and see what is working and move on to what you want to do.

You get what you pay for. Many high rollers wont coach. If you can convince them to, you will be paying a lot for the consulting. Perhaps 4-5 a day.

Medium rollers are less, but still not cheap.

Small rollers or people making say 100-200 a day may not know as much, but they are more affordable and sometimes its better to learn from somebody recently in your position as opposed to an expert who will have a harder time relating to you.

There are "coaching programs" where you can get personalized feedback and questions answered for just a few hundred a month, but again, you get what you pay for.

No matter what, do your research because a lot of the programs are garbage. Also remember that a lot of the big rollers never had a coach. They rolled up their sleeves, boostrapped, and made it. Sometimes when you rely on coaching, its easier to lose motivation and persevere upon hitting obstacles.

Its up to you though! Wishing you are your team much success and prosperity!

How are you, I've got a head on my shoulders...mostly filled with air, but its there!

Some of the CPA offers are scammy but there are lots of great ones. I would give your affiliate manager a call and let them know your concerns and ask for their suggestions.

Some good offers are from companies you know of like eharmoney, vistaprint, netflix, those kinds of things. In general, many of the email submits are sketchy!

Let me know if you have any other questions buddy!
