Anyone know of any ad networks that allow you to pay for results only(CPA Platform)? Ex: I apply to an ad network as an advertiser to advertise CPA offers but only pay for results. Maybe even those that allow affiliates?

    Lots of them do, most are negotiable as are large direct sites in this respect. Pulse360, value click, tribal fusion will all do cpa as with many others..... The onus is on you however to present and prove a converting offer to them. If you have a strong product or offer and can make it profitable on their network it makes the deal much easier. The offer is everything.

    Are you looking to broker CPA leads/offers ?
    In other words you bring in a offer and pay the network a percentage of conversions?
    Or do you have your own product to promote?

    If you are intending to promote your own product I think that all the CPA networks offer what you want (it doesn't mean that all of them will accept to work with you, though).

    However, if you want borker CPA as Carl said, I think that Pulse360 works with CPA model and can handle your campaign (depending on your offer, budget, etc...).
