Has anybody heard Offerweb?

Today I'll planning to test an offer with $2.4 payout in one of my networks. After searching in Offervault. I found the exactly same offer in Offerweb with payout $5.00.

Does anybody know the network? Thanks.

    Have seen them very often on OfferVault. Start a small campaign with them, reach the threshold and see what happens. If they pay you on time start increasing your volume gradually.

    I use to be with them, but I found a few companies that were promoting the exact same offer at a better payout!

    They were ok back then, payed etc etc etc.
